This one means a pretty good deal to me as it was my first attempt at such a well known and beloved set of characters. I did another cover before for the shop but felt I did not live up to the possible potential... on top of this this cover concept was inspired by two friends and i had to think of how to do it in just a few days (not my usual method)... but I am unbelievably happy with the finished product and wish I had a copy of this at home LOL
Cleveland artists were asked to do an original cover for the Carol and John's Comics Christmas Party Art Show! All artwork was raffled off through a basket raffle system at the end of the event. ALL funds received from the raffle went to the Cleveland Food Bank. Working hand in hand with POP THE COMIC CULTURE CLUB over $900 dollars was raised and over 1,200 items were collected! We literally turned our skills into food for Cleveland during the holidays!
